We collect only what is needed to provide services to our customers. Email addresses, Phone numbers, Physical addresses, and Names are all present in our management and communication systems.

Information is processed by employees with the help of digital tools. Your information is not shared with third parties unless expressly stated in the customer contract.

By default, we do not share your personal information. Customers will have the option to be listed on "The Collective", which will share contact information and personal details with other members.

Information is stored in internal systems until the customer requests it's deletion.

Information that is available to the company exists on bespoke infrastructure and does not exist in third party systems. Email addresses are the exception, and are accessible to the internal company mail providers. All accounts are protected by encryption where applicable and IDP/RBAC as needed.
